Science is more than ever needed to reach the key strategic priorities of the European Union like the digital and green transformations. It is therefore critical to collaborate across Europe and to associate Switzerland to Horizon Europe as soon as possible. There is a political urgency to the EU keeping its friends close, in an uncertain geopolitical climate.
